Ace Car Care Wins ‘Franchisee Of The Year’

Staff at Ace Car Care vehicle remapping specialist are celebrating after they were named the best franchisee of 2012.

Ace Car Care came out on top franchisee in the Black Code group for their work and customer care the staff provide.

The award was presented to Stuart Williams who runs the franchise from the AceCarCare Centre at Benbow Business Park  in Shrewsbury. He said “l am really proud that we were chosen to receive this prestigious award. we were surprised when we were told we had picked up the best franchisee award, as there is such a large network of over 100 franchisees and dealers across the UK.

“It’s down to the excellent job that our staff do, and because customer satisfaction is so important to us. Nothing is too much for our staff and it is vital to us that we provide a great service.

“Customers come to us wanting us to help them save large amounts of money as petrol and diesel prices soar, by making their vehicles more fuel efficient. Others are looking to make their cars more powerful and responsive, or tow their caravans or trailers with greater ease.”
